- Installation of Heating-insulating

As a main project of Ecobuild, Pujiang
Intelligence Valley has recently completed
construction of the main works, and
is now entering the phase of installing
Heating-insulating Wall System and Exterior
Sun Shading Panel. The project of PIV
will be completed and presented to public
in November through Ecobuild. |

PIV was awarded as “Innovative
Energy Saving Construction” by
Ministry of Construction, the construction
of PIV are using the matured comprehensive
design system. Six energy saving system
are as following: |

Heating-insulating Wall System
The exterior wall uses outer heating
insulating method. Firstly, this heating-insulating
method does not occupy much indoor spaces;
secondly, in comparison to the usual
inner heat-insulating method, it works
better in heat-insulation. It can protect
the wall from the unfavorable air temperature
outsides, to keep indoors comfortable,
that is to say, no heat escape in winter
and no heat seeping into indoors in
the summer. |

Exterior Sun Shading Panel
The outer sun shading system uses aluminum
alloy roller shutters. This kind of
roller shutters has good wind-resistance
and dust-resistance. Through this system
people can do regulation according to
the different requirements of solar
radiation of indoor, in order to realize
the self selection of light and heat. |

100% Fresh Air System
100% fresh air system uses large-scale
professional fresh air unit to send
the fresh air to every place in the
way of low-speed ground plenum after
through a set of dealing processes such
as filtration and dusting, heating or
cooling, damping, dehumidification etc. |

Floor Pipe System
Through the heat radiation produced
by controlling the floor’s temperature,
the floor pipe system can control the
indoor air temperature. There are different
requirements of the air temperature
in the pipes in the winter and summer,
warm water infused in the pipes in the
winter, cool water infused in the summer.
Because of the large size of the floor,
the radiation of heating or cooling
can keep the indoor temperature in the
range of higher than 20°C in the
winter and lower than 26°C in the
summer, which is best for the human
body. |

Geothermal Utilization System
The heat load of this project will be
totally afforded by the effective and
energy saving geothermal heat pump system.
Geothermal heat pump supplies the building
with heat and cooling through the underground
energy. It is like a soil heat exchange;
if heating, draw off heat from the soil;
if cooling, release heat to the soil. |

Drainage System
PIV aims to reduce the usage of pipe
water through a systematic design of
drainage system. Adopting the drainage
system will not only help preserve the
water resource, but also cut down the
cost of pipe water and sewage disposal. |
