a technology guide, with a directory
of companies supplying products, materials
and services suitable for ecological
building in the Shanghai climate zone.

The guide is meant to be a tool for
Chinese developers, providing a introduction
on how to build ecological, with a simple
description of related concepts and
technologies. It is also designed as
a support material for technicians,
architects, designers, interested in
getting concrete information about products
as well as the contacts to the suppliers.
The directory will list companies, their
location and their offer. |

The technology guide will be published
in English and Chinese, in October 2006,
and distributed in 10000 exemplars through
the ecobuild
network (including the channels of the
Shanghai Construction Commission) of
building related professionals in Shanghai. |
